Repair Services Return and Refund Policy

1. Repair Services Satisfaction Guarantee

1.1 At 30 Minutes Fix ("we," "us," or "our"), we take pride in providing high-quality repair services. We are committed to your satisfaction with our repair work. If you are not satisfied with the repair service you received, you may be eligible for a return or refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Repair Services

2.1 Accidental Damage: We do not offer refunds for subsequent accidental damage to your device after we have completed the repair. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage caused by dropping the device or applying undue pressure or force due to mishandling.

2.2 Water/Liquid Damage: We do not offer refunds for any damage caused by water or other liquids after your device has been repaired.

2.3 Software Issues: Any software-related issues are not eligible for refunds.

2.4 Data Loss: We strongly advise backing up your device before initiating any repair. We do not offer refunds or compensation for data loss.

2.5 Third-Party Services: If you seek repair services from a third party after we have provided service, this will void our warranty. We are not responsible for any refunds in such situation. Please contact us before getting any repairs outside 30 Minutes Fix.

3. Repair Services Return and Refund Request Process

3.1 To request a return or refund for repair services, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Reach out to us at help@30minutesfix.com.au within 14 days from the date of the service.

b. Provide Details: Clearly explain the reason for your return or refund request, providing any relevant details and documentation.

3.2 Refund requests will be subject to review and verification by our customer service team.

4. Repair Services Refund Processing

4.1 Upon approval of a refund request for repair services, we will process the refund as follows:

a. Service Charges: We will refund the service charges and applicable taxes. The refund amount will be issued using the original payment method.

b. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase at the time you return the item.

c. Postage: Postage is not refundable.

4.2 Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Removal of Installed Spare Parts During Refund

5.1 Removal of Parts: In the event that a repair service is eligible for a refund and you choose to proceed with the refund, please be aware that any parts installed during the repair process will be removed from your device. This includes parts that may have been replaced or upgraded as part of the original repair service.

5.2 Return to Original Condition: Our aim is to return your device to its original condition as closely as possible before the repair. Therefore, any parts that were replaced or added during the repair process will be removed, and your device will be restored to its pre-repair state.

6. Right to Decline Repair Services Refunds

6.1 We reserve the right to decline refund requests for repair services if:

a. The request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

b. The device has been serviced or inspected by a third party after our repair.

c. The device shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, or non-compliance with our warranty terms.

1. Products Return and Refund Policy

1.1 Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of products from 30 Minutes Fix. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1.2 Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

a. Re-saleable Condition: The item must be in re-saleable condition, which includes:

  • Original Packaging: It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories. ii.
  • Undamaged: It is undamaged in its original condition

b. Not an On-Sale Item: It should not be an on-sale item.

1.3 Non-Refundable Products: The following items are non-refundable:

a. Consumable Items: Batteries are classified as consumable items and are not covered under our refund policy. We, however, provide a separate warranty for battery replacements as per our Warranty Policy.

b. Software: Software products, including licenses and downloads, are non-refundable.

c. Screen Protectors: Please note that screen protectors, once opened or applied, cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns or refunds for screen protectors due to the nature of the product.

2. Products Return and Refund Request Process

2.1 To request a return or refund for products, please follow these steps:

b. Provide Details: Clearly explain the reason for your return or refund request, providing any relevant details and documentation.

2.2 Return or refund requests for products will be subject to review and verification by our customer service team.

a. Product Cost: We will refund the cost of the product and applicable taxes. The refund amount will be issued using the original payment method.

b. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase at the time you return the item.

c. Postage: Postage is not refundable.

3.2 Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Handling Costs for Change of Mind

4.1 In cases where you simply changed your mind or selected the wrong item, we may charge a handling cost of $20 on each item returned. We encourage you to choose your products/parts carefully.

5. Return Timeframe

5.1 To be eligible for a return or refund, you must return the item within 14 days of purchase.
